If you register with CQC or HIS, you will need the governance evidence that registration asks for: a quality management system, controlled documents, internal audits, incident and CAPA handling, and credentialing for your clinicians. That is Business, at £250 a month.
If you open an operating theatre, you will need operating lists, admissions, a status board and theatre rotas. That is Enterprise, at £950 a month per site.
