There is no AI tier and no AI limit. Every plan, from Solo upwards, has every AI feature: AI ambient consultation transcription, note and letter drafting, clinical coding suggestions, document reading, call transcripts and summaries.
AI usage is billed per use, on top of your subscription, and itemised on your monthly invoice. Costs vary with how much AI you use and how complex the tasks are. Most clinics spend somewhere between £30 and £60 a month; a clinic leaning heavily on transcription and document reading can spend significantly more than that. No setup fees on Solo, Pro, or Business plans — your subscription is the whole software cost. Enterprise plans may include a one-time implementation fee depending on customisation requirements. Migrating your data across from another system is a separate service on every plan, scoped and quoted for your clinic; see below.

It is a done-for-you service, scoped and quoted per clinic: the price depends on which system you're coming from and how much history you're bringing. You see the quote before you commit to anything, and it is invoiced separately from your subscription. We take an export from your current system, map it, load it into a private staging environment, and your team validates your own patients, appointments and documents before anything goes live. Cutover happens only when you sign off a written migration report. See how switching works.

Yes. Every clinic gets 30 days free, with full access, on any plan.
If you're switching from another system, day one is your switch date: you start working in Velastria and stop working in your old system, and you ask your old provider for a data dump of everything up to that date, which we import and map behind you. You have the next 30 days to run your clinic on Velastria for real, on your own data, before you pay anything.
If you decide against us, you cancel, and you leave with everything: a free, complete export of every record created in Velastria during those 30 days, in open formats, so you can take it back to your old system. We keep clinics by being good, not by holding their data.
If you stay, the initial term is 12 months, then rolling monthly. After those 12 months you can cancel with 30 days' notice and download all of your data, free, in computer-readable formats.
