What's included in the beta programme?

Beta testers receive individualised pricing (significantly lower than post-beta rates), direct input into feature development, dedicated onboarding and support, and early access to AI tools before public release.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees for beta testers. Post-beta, Enterprise plans may include a one-time implementation fee depending on customisation requirements.

What happens if I exceed my AI usage limits?

We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can upgrade to a higher tier or add the AI Boost add-on. We never cut off access mid-month.

Is data migration included?

Beta testers receive free data migration assistance. Pro and Enterprise plans include dedicated migration support. Basic plans receive self-service migration guides.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice and bank transfer.
